DIY | Room Decoration And Life Inspiration

If you don't already have a bucket list then you should definitely make one right now! I think a bucket list gives you so much motivation and inspiration to do as many things in your life as possible. There are so many places I want to visit, a lot of adventurous trips I want to make and so many other things I want to do. I don't want to regret anything that I haven't done and I don't want to waste any time, I just want to be able to say "I have done that" and "I have been there", so I made a bucket list. I created my bucket list on Pinterest awhile ago and I am still adding things to it every day. I think Pinterest is a great way to get inspiration in general.
I wanted to use my bucket list in a creative way so that I could see some of it every day and that gives me more motivation to actually do the things I have always wanted to do!
I made this room decoration which I absolutely love. It is such a simple DIY but I think it is a great way to spice up your room. I just chose some of the pictures on my Pinterest bucket list and printed them on matte photo paper. My bedroom could use a little bit more colour so I chose mostly colourful pictures. I also got some thread and cute small pink pegs and that is basically all you need to create this. It is so easy and affordable, I think everything together is even less than five pounds. Some of the things I chose from my bucket list I actually want to achieve this year such as riding a gondola because I am going to Venice this summer! *YAY* And also getting my driver license is on my list for this year. (I almost feel like a real grown up now)
Seeing this in your room every day will be a great way to get you out of bed and actually follow your dreams! Every time I have done something of my bucket list, I just hang up a new one!
Here is a link to my Pinterest bucket list for if you want to see what's on there or if you just want some inspiration for yours!

  1. This is such a gorgeous DIY! I love it. I need to do something like this in my desk space, because it's looking really bare. I need to get the shelves up first though. Where are yours from if you don't mind me asking/! It's exactly what I'm looking for to fit my room's "theme".

    1. Aw thank you! I can't remember where I bought my shelves, I thought it was B&Q, but I did buy the shelves and the shelf brackets separate. If I were you I'd just buy the shelves from some DIY store and then search online for some cute shelf brackets, on etsy.com are some really nice ones! xx
